Explanation:

Since the anode is the site of oxidation, we are losing solid electrode (dissolving) to produce ions and electrons. Electrons flow through the wire connecting the electrodes and the salt bridge only allows for the exchange of cations/anions. The lower standard reduction potential means it is the most negative, so we would want to “flip this” into an oxidation (i.e. anode) in order for Ecell = positive.
