We know that               U = -p.E                   = -pEcos when they are parallel U = -pE When they are antiparallel U = pE now the eneryg difference between the configuration is                 dU = pE-(-pE)                       =2pE Given that                   p = 5x10-30C m and E =600V/m. now substitute the values
