I agree with the with the model developed by Philip Hallie, as he believes "ethics comes from passion and common sense we cannot get Ethics by getting any Technical degree.He defined “institutional cruelty” as a continous pattern of humiliation that people endures for years in a community and in their workplace;According to him Both the victim and the victimizer justify cruel actions . Hallie also focoused on the cruelty that is created by an imbalance of power, or hierarchy.
