When someone talks about customers, people mostly think about an individual customer. However, some companies search for more opportunities to increase profit and build long-term relationships with a business or an organization.
Write an essay about a business that you see has an opportunity to reach a business or an organization as a customer. You can either use a real world business or create a business that you want to use. If you are a marketing director of the company, what will be your marketing plan to a business or an organizational customer? Select products and/or services you will offer to your customers. Your target customers can be domestic or abroad. You can also use suppliers from other countries. For example, you can order garments from a country in Asia and sell them to a business or an organization in the U.S.

From the whole discussion, the most immportant thing is what is the business that I am going to select for my future customers. Also, keeping things in the mind like what will be your marketing plan to a business or an organizational customer? Select products and/or services you will offer to your customers. Your target customers can be domestic or abroad. You can also use suppliers from other countries.
So here is the business which I have selected is: "Hotel services for a conference.". Yes, I am interested in hotel services for any type of conference. Maybe it can be a Personal or an Official conference.
I will make sure that apart from the food items which I am going to take a note from the prospective customers, i will also provide them with office stationary, so that they can feel comfortable ordering my services at any future point of time.
Also, not only that if I am a Marketing Director of the company, my marketing plans will be are following:
1. First greet all the customers with flowers so that, they feel confident that I am the person whom can be reached for any of their needs.
2. Secondly, I will take down each of their requirements from each of the customer about their needs like how much exactly they are planning to encorporate in their conference needs. Like for example, number of people, food they want to be presented with, any other petty issues, if they need any special item for that day of conference.
3. Thirdly, I'd like to make sure our staff is present all the time for their urgent needs at the time of conference like if they need any special arrangement at an instant, like any special food or supplies on that given day.
4. Fourthly, I will make sure that we take care of their kids too on that day of the event by employing few specialized people who can handle the kids of our respective customers, so that whenever they feel like having somebody taking care of their personal responsibility, we are there for them. And by this way, we will be destination for their needs of conference needs.
5. Finally, I will consider taking the supplies of raw materials like the items required for making the food from Asian or other local places where I can get it cheaply and at a nominal cost.
By this way, I will be making sure that we are the best Hotel services for any type of conference needs by anybody. I mean, we will be the destination of our customers for their needs in a special conference for any given day.
