The diagram given is the isothermal cooling curve.

The process at 650 o C goes from A1 to A3. If it is going Up to A4, all the austenite transforms completely into coarse pearlite.

The process at 550 oC goes from B1 to B3. By this time remaining half of austenite transformed to pearlite. Now 25% austenite and 75 % pearlite exists.

The process at 300 C goes from C1 to C4. Now we get a transformation product with 25% bainitevand remaining pearlite.
