1. Organisational behaviour:

- As the name indicates, the OB concept is based on the behaviour of the people in the organization

- It can either be individual behaviour or group behaviour

- this helps in building an efficient organisation

- the are many OB theories developed which talks about the employee behaviour and once identified then how to handle these diferent kinds of behaviour

2. Leaders make a difference:

- this assessment talks about the effectiveness of a leader in an organisation

- they have asked the student to complete the self assessment part

- they have also provided the means on how to calculate the scores

- hence I would be helping with all the three scores result discussion

- the students may use whatever bucket he or she falls in.

3. Result discussion:

Romance of leadership constitutes of:

- high leadership skills

- a person who could change the organisation for its good

- a person who could handle the team excellently

- finally a best leader in the organisation who guides the team members and looks into their growth and development

- this in turn would increase the productivity

- the brand image of the company would be held high.

a. 38 to 50- above average romance of leadership:

- these are people with excellent leadership skills

- they would be in the wanted list of all organisation

- they would remain as role models

B.27 to 37- average romance of leadership

- for these kinds of leaders there is always a scope for development

- even though they guide well they lack in few qualities

- hence training would be the best option to improve their skills

10 to 26- below average romance of leadership

- These kinds of leaders have lot of scope for development

- the lack being effective leader

- organisation need to think twice before hiring them
